A Smarter Timer for Better Brainstorms

Day and time
Our improved timer now supports days, hours, and minutes — perfect for extended brainstorming, async collaboration, and idea evaluation over multiple days.

More Time to Think
Meet the New and Improved Timer

We’ve made a small but powerful improvement to our IdeaClouds timer – and it’s all about helping you think more clearly and evaluate ideas more effectively.

Until now, our timer let you set a countdown using hours, minutes, and seconds – maxing out at 24 hours. But through real-world use (and great feedback from users like you), we realized that seconds weren’t helping – but days would.

So starting now, you can set timers using days, hours, and minutes – no more rushing against the clock when your ideas need room to breathe.

Whether you’re setting timeframes for brainstorming sessions, reflection periods, or decision checkpoints, this new format offers more flexibility and better fits the way ideas actually grow.
